Master Group Unveils City Oval Project in NAC with EGP 4 Bn in Investments

Master Group has launched its latest projects in the highly esteemed R8 area of the New Administrative Capital (NAC) in the Egyptian market, Invest-Gate reports.

This move is part of the company’s strategic plan to expand its presence in Egypt, following the successful completion and sale of its renowned residential project, “The City,” in the NAC. The City garnered significant customer demand and achieved remarkable success in terms of construction volume and implementation rates.

Mohamed Lashin, CEO of Master Group, announced the launch of their new project, named “City Oval,” during a ceremony. He described the project as the company’s second residential venture in the NAC, offering a unique and contemporary model of modern living with innovative architectural design.

Lashin highlighted that City Oval is situated on a 30-feddan area in the R8 region of the NAC, with investments surpassing EGP 4 bn. The project stands out for its abundant green spaces, lakes, and service areas, occupying more than 70% of the total project area. It is considered an exceptional and highly distinctive project that aligns with the company’s future strategy of implementing sustainable urban projects.

During his speech, Mostafa Lasheen, Vice President of Master Group, expressed his delight at the launch of the new project. He emphasized that, according to the company’s engineering and architectural vision and plan, City Oval will leave a remarkable and distinctive mark in the company’s history.

Lasheen further explained that the project stands out for its splendid and precise designs, offering a variety of spaces that cater to the diverse needs of customers. Additionally, it provides an extensive range of recreational and essential services for all the project’s residents.
